As the leader of Boots to the Boardroom and Krisp Consulting, Jesse is at the forefront of empowering veterans to transition from military service to impactful corporate roles. With a career spanning 20 years in Business, ERP, and Information Technology, Jesse has channeled his extensive experience into creating pathways for veterans to thrive in the commercial, public, and private sectors.

Jesse's commitment to veterans is deeply rooted in his own service as a US Naval Officer, where he specialized in IT, Communications, and Surface Warfare. His military background provides him with a unique understanding of the leadership qualities and technical skills veterans bring to the corporate world. After his Naval service, Jesse honed his leadership abilities as a Manufacturing Supervisor at Samsung, overseeing a team of 50 and managing nearly $1B in manufacturing equipment. He has held IT and Leadership roles at various companies and firms to include Deloitte Consulting.

At Krisp Consulting, Jesse spearheads the "Boots to the Boardroom" program, which is dedicated to helping veterans secure employment in the ERP, IT, and Management Consulting space by aligning their skills with the needs of leading global organizations. Through tailored mentorship and strategic partnerships, Jesse ensures that veterans are equipped with the tools and opportunities needed to excel in their new career or current career path.

Jesse is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy Class of 2000, is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and an SAP Certified Associate (SAP Activate Methodology).
